Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will resolve incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability. Your day will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with vendors to assist service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of network infrastructures and supporting the overall functionality of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: -Design, implement, and support enterprise-level network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. -Configure and troubleshoot network protocols such as FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP. -Manage and support Cisco routers and Catalyst switches, including STP, Trunking, EtherChannel, and IOS configurations. -Administer and maintain F5 Big-IP ADCs (LTM, GTM) – both physical and virtual appliances. -Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama (M200/M600), including PAN-OS installation and administration. -Deep involvement in routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS environments. -Ensure high availability using protocols like HSRP and VRRP. -Design and manage AWS networking components including VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, and Route 53. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable network architecture. -Good Understanding of Software defined Network (LAN/WAN). - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Enterprise Network Operations, Cloud Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. - Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and services. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Certificate: CCNA & CCNP ( mandatory) , PCNSA or PCNSE , AWS networking. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
