Job Responsibilities
The core responsibility of a Retail Agency Territory Manager is to apply the above qualities to build successful and profitable relationships with independent insurance agencies who partner with THREE, then leveraging those relationships to meet/exceed sales goals. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Onboarding/training new agencies on our systems and product.
- Working as a liaison between our underwriting team and independent agents.
- Developing sales strategies utilizing historical submission and sales data.
- Communicating changes to the agencies in your territory.
- Seeking opportunities for growth within established partnerships.
- Vetting potential new agencies using standardized criteria.
- Tracking and reporting outreach and engagement activities.
- Working with agencies to understand what practices will help them be successful with THREE.
- Working with agencies to learn what we can do to help them be successful with THREE.
Qualifications
An applicant should have the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an industry with sales transferable skills.
- 2+ years of experience in an industry with customer service transferable skills.
- The ability to obtain a commercial lines insurance license.
- A stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year plus commission and/or incentive pay potential. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
