Job description

THREE is a growing insurance provider that sells a unique and straightforward insurance policy to small businesses – from restaurants, to electricians, to consultants – covering them against property risks (e.g. fire, theft, flood), lawsuits, and more. At THREE, you’ll join a team of experienced insurance operators that chooses to run lean, promotes autonomy, and is charged with building a small commercial insurer that challenges the largest players in its space.

This position assists retail partners with quote management and completion via understanding of our underwriting guidelines, CRM, and knowledge of the product.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between our retail partners and our underwriting team.
  • Monitor a shared inbox and handle partner inquiries promptly via live chat.
  • Convey THREE value propositions to agents and clients.
  • Data tracking and entry within our CRM.
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of product, underwriting, software, and the insurance industry.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role. (or)
  • 2-year college degree and the ability to demonstrate customer relationship skills
  • Strong communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Familiarity with outlook or another email suite.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and triage skills. Attention to detail.
  • A stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided.  The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year.  Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
