Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work on-site and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Interest in lean manufacturing, automation, and hands-on engineering work
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework or experience related to manufacturing systems, process design, or industrial automation

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team for a hands-on internship experience. This opportunity will expose you to real-world engineering challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll assist with process improvements, data analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
• Support time studies, workflow optimization, and layout planning
• Participate in lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives
• Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Collect and analyze production data to support process improvement decisions
• Work with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance
• Help implement new equipment or automation solutions
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
