The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:

The  BU Portfolio Operations for Enterprise Real Estate Services (ERS) role will be critical in helping ERS move with velocity, while ensuring alignment across Third Party Partners, RTX Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Business Relationship Manager (BRM).  The desired result is a BU integrated view and process across the Real Estate COEs.

The candidate will have a strong understanding of the ERS products and services, as well as a deep understanding of the various teams and operations that make up the ERS organization.

Candidates should be deeply familiar with Real Estate, Facilities, and Design and Construction. The role will work to address cross-functional team needs, including team operations and special projects. They will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as the role will be responsible for coordinating between multiple teams and stakeholders, as well as representing the teams through the deployment of ERS’s transformation journey and CORE (i.e. six sigma methodology) operating model. 

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain operational mechanisms for ERS teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Support the Business Relationship Manager and COEs, by ensuring operational mechanisms are optimized, executed, and documented.
  • Coordinate and ensure metric and KPI reporting across COEs and functional teams including Finance and Procurement.
  • Coordinate financial planning and internal reporting cycle efforts.
  • Execute team-wide initiatives, such as diverse vendor spending, cross-functional priorities, etc.
  • Supporting ad hoc and unexpected cross-functional projects.
  • Review various projects and bodies of work on ERS to deconflict overlaps or gaps in work by other ERS teams.
  • Develop and continuously refine ERS processes leveraging our CORE operating model.
  • Travel expectation: 10% - 30%

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, management, or a related field and 12 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 10 years of applicable experience.
  • Experience with functional skills such as business process management, project management, strategic planning, risk management, financial analysis, marketing strategies, customer relationship management, operations management, supply chain management, and quality assurance is also necessary for successful operations.
  • Demonstrated experience with business processes and procedures.
  • Experience and understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies for improving operational efficiency.

  • MBA preferred.

This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
