Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager for Training Support to join our team! In this role you will get to utilize your talents and experience in providing supporting US Army and US Army National Guard soldiers in their training experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing solutions for complex training support projects

• Working with and leading highly motivated and skilled team members in providing training support

• Implementing plans providing training support

• Improving the US Soldier's training experience

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements

• Advanced leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Thorough knowledge of US Army training practices and regulations

• Advanced knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects

Education and Typical Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (or equivalent experience)

• 15+ years work experience with US Army or Army National Guard training

• Previous management experience

• Broad general technical and business background

Salary Range: $144,800.00 - $260,600.00
