Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing front-line cashier operations in the VIP Center, ensuring timely, accurate transactions and delivering a high standard of service to VIP clients. The role requires strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, especially related to AML and payment settlement procedures. Ideal candidates will bring solid cashiering experience, attention to detail, and the professionalism needed to support a premium client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cashiering duties at the VIP Center's cashier office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle payments and settlements in accordance with AML and company compliance guidelines
- Provide courteous and professional service when managing VIP client transactions
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile transactions in a timely manner
- Support daily cash operations and contribute to smooth service delivery
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Preferred Skills:
- Meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
- Solid knowledge of cashier procedures and relevant compliance standards
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese; fair spoken English
- Comfortable working independently and in a team under high-service expectations
Qualifications:
- DSE graduate or university degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in cashier operations, preferably in VIP or client-facing environments such as financial institutions, hotels, or airlines
- Familiarity with AML and other regulatory compliance practices
