As the Accounts Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of our Care Services division by providing comprehensive accounts partnering services. This pivotal role sees you ensuring a seamlessly supported accounts team, while also directly contributing to the Accounts/Business Manager's objectives. You will take charge of critical financial operations, including maintaining and updating YTDs, expertly managing e-business events, and meticulously reconciling payment statements. Furthermore, you will have the rewarding opportunity to lead and mentor a dedicated team of three direct reports.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time contract until 1 September 2026 with the opportunity for permanency subject to review. The role will work within a hybrid model which includes 3 days working from home and 2 days from our Bowen Hills office each week to ensure a healthy, work life balance.
