They are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead a portfolio of high-value clients across various verticals within the US market. This role is designed for a proactive, flexible, and dedicated individual who can operate autonomously. The Role

We are seeking a self-motivated Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is designed for a proactive, flexible, and dedicated individual who can operate autonomously. You'll be instrumental in establishing and growing their US presence, with significant opportunities for career advancement as the team expands. You will be responsible for handling complex briefs and delivering solutions to highly technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading relationships with clients through client onboardings, escalations, and day-to-day work.

  • Providing excellent customer experience while driving revenue and expanding key client accounts.

  • Understanding client challenges and expectations to produce tailored offerings to tackle briefs.

  • Overseeing the delivery of client briefs and managing project deliverables, ensuring that the delivery of campaigns, projects, and assets are on time, on budget, on scope, and on target.

  • Supporting the existing delivery teams in the day-to-day management of campaigns and clients, through mentoring and a focus on skill development.

  • Proactively keeping abreast of industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team.

  • You possess strong client management and relationship skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service and the ability to build and nurture strategic relationships.

  • You are comfortable with autonomy and can operate effectively without constant micromanagement.

About You

  • 4+ years of agency experience implementing and managing SEO client campaigns

  • Great account management competency, including key stakeholder management, agile project management, and strong presentation and communication skills.

  • A high level of SEO expertise, able to communicate effectively with both implementation teams (dev, infrastructure, analytics) and key stakeholders with limited SEO knowledge (CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, VPs, etc.).

  • The capability to develop and optimize processes and workflows to increase efficiency across the team and client satisfaction.
