We need an English-fluent Personal Brand Strategist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a comprehensive personal brand content calendar.
Identify and align content with business goals.
Be in touch with algorithm changes across all applicable social platforms.
Generate topic ideas that position the personal brand as a thought leader in their space.
Repurpose long-form content into micro-content across platforms..
Refine written and video content for tone, clarity, and engagement.
Must be able to edit photos and videos.
Ensure all posts align with the brand voice and audience expectations.
Edit for grammar, flow, and SEO best practices (when applicable).
Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
Write or polish captions, headlines, and CTAs for maximum engagement.
Ensure consistency in frequency, timing, and visual presentation..
Monitor audience engagement, respond to DMs (an AI chatbot could be used here), and comments.
Track content performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Ensure brand voice and message remain clear across all platforms.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in personal branding, content marketing, or social media strategy.
Proven success managing and growing at least 5 personal brands with measurable results (growth in followers, engagement, lead gen, etc.). Must be able to provide
examples/case studies, and references.
Portfolio of high-quality content samples—written, visual, or video-based.
Demonstrated experience launching products or businesses through personal brand channels.
Strong understanding of short-form video trends, storytelling, and strategic positioning.
Ability to self-manage and deliver under deadlines.
Must have experience working with entrepreneurs, coaches, and/or tech/startup founders.

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
