This is a high-impact leadership role with strong technical involvement. You’ll be responsible for guiding the team’s day-to-day execution, driving engineering excellence, and partnering closely with Product and Design to deliver innovative, AI-powered experiences from scratch.

Agent Experience is a new strategic initiative at VTEX focused on applying generative AI to redefine how users interact with our platform. The team plays a core role in building both the platform and agents that will power conversational experiences across the ecosystem. The team also collaborates closely with other VTEX teams to embed AI agents into diverse product areas.
