Job description

About us:

Let’s be real: AI isn’t magic. Legion was built to slice through hype and deliver secure, dependable agentic systems that work alongside the people tackling the world’s most critical challenges. Born from a Department of Defense partnership and trusted by leaders across government and enterprise, Legion embeds intelligence inside complex systems—unlocking data, accelerating human workflows, and hardening mission-critical operations.

From the forward edge to Fortune 500 back-offices, our agentic platform drops AI into the software people already use, optimizing—not replacing—workflows. With world-class collaborators like NVIDIA, HPE, Planitir, and Oracle, we’re building infrastructure that boosts human capability everywhere it runs.

We’re looking for bold thinkers and doers to join us in shaping an AI future that’s secure, grounded, and built to work.

Role Overview:

This senior product leadership role touches on all parts of Legion’s platform, from applied AI to next-generation user experiences. You will focus on building the foundational capabilities and delightful workflows that bring intelligent, agentic workflows to define the future of work in the enterprise. This role requires a unique balance of systems thinking, product intuition, and execution rigor. You’ll partner closely with engineering and design, deployment, customer success, and marketing to ensure the success of product features from definition to launch and engagement.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years designing and delivering platform products in a Product Management role, especially within infrastructure/Platform or large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on with AI capabilities from development to application.
  • Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development - i.e., reading code, architecture, and design discussions - with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams
  • Success in taking a data-driven approach and delivering impactful business results
  • Proficiency in program/project management, and success in managing complex program/project deliverables across multiple teams
  • Ability to make and represent trade-offs against product, technical, and business needs
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products
  • Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening, and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer
  • Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations
  • Inspiring communication skills - for small teams to executives and larger groups as well
  • BS or MS degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience

How you will lead:

  • Define and lead the vision and strategy for some of Legion’s core platform capabilities, laying the foundation for collaboration between humans and agents
  • Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understanding business goals, defining product end state, and working with both engineering and design in designing delightful experiences and scalable services
  • Champion and evangelize the platform both internally and externally in key stakeholder meetings, product demos, conferences, and public forums
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, and delivery teams to identify reusable product workflows and use cases as well as optimizations for how we deploy and scale
  • Drive with curiosity and clarity. Be a superuser of the platform, identify rough edges and boundaries, and proactively design for them. Use data, research, and competitive analysis to inform every execution step.
  • Balance high-velocity execution with delightful product experience and architectural rigor, moving from crisp specs to collaboration with engineering on tradeoffs and systemic improvements
  • Operate with extreme ownership by seeing problems before they arise, clarifying ambiguity, and creating momentum that others rally around.
