We’re looking for an exceptional Commercial Lead to join our Commercial Team, based in India, reporting to the Commercial Director - India and South East Asia. This position leads Country business growth by constantly scouting and executing untapped business opportunities, consolidating the current Versius installed base, and driving profitability targets through adequate pricing strategies. Ensure the delivery of a remarkable customer experience through the outstanding execution of a sound sales strategy that is driven by a highly competent and engaged commercial team and leverages data-driven decisions.

Ultimately, make minimal access surgery available to everyone by Transforming surgery. For good.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve, monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Achieve agreed KPIs in the stipulated time.
  • Establish, maintain and expand customer base in the territory.
  • Identify, create and/or develop new leads & opportunities and convert than in to CMR users.
  • Organize successful product demonstrations for new prospects.
  • Convert, develop & maintain KOLs in the assigned territory.
  • Close coordination with logistics, technical, Profed Clinical & marketing departments for better post sales service to address the technical/Clinical/marketing needs of new/existing customers.
  • Gather, compile and analyse market & competitor info & data.
  • Support marketing department by collecting customer feedback for market research.
  • Timely reporting to managers in accordance with the company requirements
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge
  • Participation in regional & national marketing activities

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:
