This role will serve as the day-to-day liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution across media asset delivery, production, and localization.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in campaign execution, production workflows, and client management, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex deliverables across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for streaming service marketing stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, creative strategy, and delivery requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign delivery process from briefing through final delivery, working against the approved Marketing Plan.
  • Translate marketing objectives into detailed creative and production briefs for internal and external creative teams.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, campaign priorities, and escalations with professionalism and strategic foresight.

Project Management

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows across campaigns ranging from medium (approx. 200 assets) to high complexity (up to 650+ assets).
  • Track and oversee production milestones, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on spec, and on budget.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including design, AV editors, copywriters, media planners, and localization specialists.
  • Manage and maintain asset trackers, spec sheets, and project documentation to ensure transparency and accuracy across teams.

Production & Producer Duties

  • Oversee the creative adaptation, versioning, and localization of assets across ATL channels: TV, Radio, OOH, and Digital.
  • Support bespoke AV production (cutdowns, localization, supers), static design (e.g., transit ads, social), and creative mock-ups for various placements (e.g., train wraps, digital screens).
  • Coordinate with localization vendors and internal teams to ensure language accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
  • Own delivery workflows including ExtremeTV, dispatch, and media distribution for all creative assets.

Campaign Types & Volume

  • Work on minimum 10 campaigns annually (estimated 7 high complexity, 3 medium complexity).
  • Deliver and track assets across O&O placements, digital, OOH, and AV – ranging from 199 to over 650 assets per campaign.
  • Review and manage specs as outlined in regional campaign documents (e.g., AU/NZ spec sheets).

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years experience in an agency, studio, or in-house production role with account and project management responsibilities.
  • Experience managing high-volume marketing campaigns across multiple formats and markets.
  • Deep understanding of creative production workflows, timelines, and localization best practices.
  • Highly organized with strong project management tools proficiency (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
