As a Product Manager in Operations, you will lead high-impact initiatives, to enhance Monzoâs award-winning customer support. As a member of Monzoâs product team, youâll be responsible for supporting the strategy and setting a high bar for impact and execution, requiring complex stakeholder alignment and coordination across multiple cross-functional teams. Youâll partner closely with leaders in Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to help shape Monzoâs product strategy for Customer Support and drive innovation within the team. Weâre now gearing up for our next phase of growth, from 10 million to 20 million customers.
