Our Danish PwC Workforce team is a small group of highly motivated consultants based in Copenhagen and Aarhus, working within a global network of 6,000 Workforce professionals. We specialize in delivering tailored and impactful solutions to our clients, focusing in areas such as Executive Remuneration, Rewards, and Equal Pay – helping organizations perform by enhancing motivation and retention among Executive Management and the wider workforce.

The management consultant role 
You will work closely with your team members, engagement manager, and the leading Partner, to help shape deliverables and perform analyses across various aspects of people, performance and reward. Your curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new skills are crucial as you enhance your client management skills, consulting toolbox, and expertise within this domain. You’ll gain exposure to our clients’ senior leadership, further expanding your professional growth. 
We work with business-driven projects from a strategic perspective, and you should be interested in building and unfolding your skillset within: 

  • Remuneration Benchmarking (typically at CEO, CFO, and Board level) 
  • Equal Pay and gender pay gap analyses in relation to the Pay Transparency Directive 
  • Developing Career Frameworks to enhance motivation, retention, and performance through visible career paths and a fair and structured approach to remuneration 
  • Designing and implementing short- and long-term incentives 
  • Drafting and providing input on Remuneration Policies and Remuneration Reports 

We are looking for 

  • A relevant university degree within economics, finance, business, or IT  
  • You should be accustomed to working in Excel. Familiarity with PowerBI, coding, or other data-processing skills is an advantage 
  • A strong ownership mentality, committed to making a difference  
  • Remarkable analytical skills that you can bring across in a pragmatic and business-oriented way 
  • Detail-oriented and structured 
  • Fast learner with a desire to further develop yourself while working on client assignments 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and willing to be personally flexible so that we meet our clients’ expectations 
  • Fluency in both Danish and English
