Overview

Dabble is embarking on an exciting period of growth having just launched into the UK market, so we are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to manage all digital marketing campaigns in the UK market. In this newly created role you will be responsible for the daily management of Dabble’s digital advertising campaigns. You will work collaboratively to facilitate a cohesive strategy across the board as Dabble looks to scale across the UK.

Your day to day will include executing individual platform strategies with a strong focus on optimization for growth and conducting key testing programs such as split testing multiple ad variants. If you're looking to make an impact in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this role is for you.

Primary Location

Whilst this role supports the UK market it will be based in Australia. This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne may be preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategy

  • You will be hands-on in developing and executing on the digital marketing strategy to serve up perfectly timed, hyper-relevant ads that intercept punters right when they're *thinking* about placing a bet
  • Assisting with the ideation of campaign strategies and creative concepts.
  • Performing weekly & monthly reporting.
  • Leading brand media buys throughout peak periods.
  • Taking full control of the AppsFlyer integration and setup for publishers & partners.

Activation

  • Creating, executing, scaling and maintaining digital acquisition and retargeting campaigns across paid platforms that drive new customers and build a fiercely loyal community around our brand
  • Supporting the Brand & Consumer team with the creation, execution, and maintenance of awareness campaigns across paid platforms
  • Continually optimising and innovating to grow the Dabble community, testing new channels for acquisition growth
  • Integrating Safer Gambling messaging seamlessly and creatively into the fun, making safety feel like part of the community vibe, not an afterthought
  • Briefing and coordinating content producers and designers on the creation of visual assets to be used in ad campaigns
  • Working with the data and customer teams to establish a framework for efficient acquisition and build an understanding of how to maximise CAC payback periods
  • Performing regular keyword research and adjusting copy to suit new keywords
  • Helping to oversee App Store Optimisation (ASO), in collaboration with ASA, to increase downloads of the Dabble app
  • Braze and platform audience segmentation to drive efficient activation & retention
  • Improving the user path to install and conversion rates from initial touchpoints

Testing

  • Designing and A/B testing irresistible, headline-grabbing sign-up offers and promotions
  • Helping to create and manage testing programs across digital marketing channels that drive growth and better performance. This may include testing new ad variants or split test ad creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Working with the content team to improve the customer experience and deliver a landing page testing program that delivers continual conversion rate improvement
  • Working with the engagement team to test new audiences to improve performance across digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing attribution and tracking (working closely with the product team for implementation) and reporting to ensure campaigns are optimised for maximum ROI


Skills & Qualifications

  • Considerable experience in a similar brand or agency role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and Twitter Ads platform tools, including reporting functionality
  • Experience performing split testing and creating multiple ad variants
  • Excellent copywriting skills, particularly strong CTAs and concise headlines
  • Experience running App Installs campaigns is highly desired
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic (and fun) environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Sports or wagering industry experience highly valued
  • Knowledge of the UK sporting calendar would be highly regarded

Remuneration

The advertised salary for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
