THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced GTM Operations Program Manager to optimize our sales and marketing processes and support the effectiveness of our go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing programs, research, driving operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and leading key projects. You'll play a critical role in leveraging data to inform tactical decisions, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall performance of our sales and marketing efforts.
This role requires a hands-on individual who can guide and develop operational processes and contribute to our competitive understanding in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the SaaS industry with Salesforce experience is highly desirable.



WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 
  • Operational & Process Management:
    • Contribute to the development and execution of departmental sales and marketing operations strategy.
    • Assist in the development and management of specific pipeline line items.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within sales and marketing operations processes.
  • Project Management & Implementation:
    • Lead and manage key operational projects from planning through execution, such as new system integrations, process automation, or strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Manage the successful implementation or migration of critical business systems and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
    • Develop and deliver training programs in partnership with Sales Enablement, and create procedural documentation related to daily operations, including CRM functionality, data management, and operational workflows.
  • Competitive Intelligence & Performance Analysis:
    • Proactively gather, analyze, and synthesize competitive intelligence, including performing detailed win/loss reporting and analysis, to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Utilize market insights and performance data to provide recommendations that inform sales strategy and operational adjustments.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 
  • Experience:
    • 5-8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Marketing Operations.
    • Proven experience in leading, guiding, or managing a team or individual contributors.
    • Experience in contributing to strategic planning and managing financial processes within a departmental scope.
    • Demonstrated success in managing key operational projects and driving project success.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.com (administration, reporting, dashboard creation, data governance).
    • Proficient in data analysis and utilizing data to drive business decisions.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong leadership abilities and a proven capacity to motivate and develop teams.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Robust project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and leverage competitive intelligence, including performing win/loss analysis.
    • Expertise in data integrity and data governance best practices.
    • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and expense management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • A strategic mindset with a focus on executing business objectives.
    • Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes and metrics.
