Position Overview:

We're looking for a Marketing Performance Analyst to manage paid digital campaigns, ensure tracking accuracy, and uncover insights that drive measurable growth across the entire buyer journey -- tracking performance from CTR to conversion rate, and optimizing the touchpoints in between.

If you enjoy testing, problem-solving, and combining data with creativity, this role offers the opportunity to launch campaigns, report on results, and make a direct impact on marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
  • Audit and maintain data cleanliness and consistency across marketing channels, ensure proper attribution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and reporting in GA4, Looker Studio, and other tools
  • Identify opportunities and curate actionable insights into monthly reports
  • Lead continuous improvements to the websites core UI and user experience, owning the customer journey with automated messaging, event triggers, and funnel optimization.
  • Collaborate across marketing and onsite sales to ensure accurate lead tracking, seamless handoffs, and alignment of marketing and sales data.
  • Develop and manage a structured testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate tests to refine messaging, targeting, and creative.
  • Support the Marketing Director with tactical execution and strategic insights to guide budget allocation and campaign planning.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years managing end-to-end Google and Meta ad campaigns.
  • Proven success optimizing conversion rates and improving full-funnel performance.
  • 3+ years building and interpreting analytics dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, or other data visualization platforms).
  • Deep understanding of Google Tag Manager (Certifications a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of cookies, UTM tracking, and cross-channel attribution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Dutch proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Experience integrating platforms and building lightweight marketing automations.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Power BI, CRM software, or database tools.
  • Familiarity with GDPR or similar data privacy frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Zapier or similar automation tools.
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for advanced attribution testing and custom reporting.
