Job description

 

Position: Regional HRBP – Caribbean

Division: Nestlé Nutrition

Location: Republica Dominicana / remote

 

Main purpose of the position…

Accountability for driving the return on investment from Nestlé’s Human Capital within the NIN Business by Optimizing the Contribution of Employees. Regarded by the Business Unit as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR. HR Account manager for the complete HR Service / Value Chain for Infant Nutrition Business.

One day as regional HRBP…

  • Business OMP
  • Define and implement HR plans in both the short and long term to drive organizational direction.
  • Design and ensure implementation of the Annual Capability Building Program.
  • Ensure key talents have a structured Development Plan and drive its completion.

 

  • Collaboration in Organizational Design:
  • Identify organizational design solutions and recommend effective actions considering the local context.
  • Proactively follow up on HR KPIs that drive organizational design, such as diversity and inclusion.
  • Support managers in the recruitment process to identify the best talent.

 

  • Communication Management:
  • Implement communication campaigns for HR initiatives.
  • Manage changes quickly, minimizing distractions and effectively handling communication and risks.

 

  • Support for Talent and Performance Management:
  • Implement the talent management agenda in line with practices established by the Center of Expertise.
  • Support line management in creating high-performing teams.

 

  • Fostering Positive Corporate Culture and Retention:
  • Maintain effective 'win-win' working relationships with employees and their representatives.
  • Support line managers in core processes such as salary review and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Expertise on HR activities like job evaluation and identifying organizational learning needs.

 

  • Other HR Practices:
  • Work as part of cross-functional HR teams to develop practices and processes that enhance HR contributions.
  • Build strategic alliances and credible relationships with managers and employees to drive business results.
  • Support training and participation actions for employees in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé corporate policies, WHO Code, and local regulations.

What will make you successful…
