What are my responsibilities?

Pretty much just be willing to apply feedback, we will take care of the hassle part for you.

-How much does it cost?

Our help is free until you sign a contract and start working. Once you are hired, we charge 10% of your annual salary, this is only for the first year.

-When do I pay?

If you are a senior candidate
Example: Salary of $100,000/year (or more)

  • Month 1: You receive $8,333. We request the first $2,500 installment
  • Month 2: You receive $8,333. We request the second $2,500 installment
  • Month 3: You receive $8,333. We request the third $2,500 installment
  • Month 4: You receive $8,333. We request the final $2,500 installment

If you are a junior to mid-level candidate
Example: Salary of $60,000-$70,000/year (or more)

  • Month 1: You receive approximately $5,000-$5,833. We request the first $1,500 installment
  • Month 2: You receive approximately $5,000-$5,833. We request the second $1,500 installment
  • Month 3: You receive approximately $5,000-$5,833. We request the third $1,500 installment
  • Month 4: You receive approximately $5,000-$5,833. We request the final $1,500 installment

You are free to enjoy your jump into a better compensation for life.

How many times do I get to try?
Once you are approved for the program, we will send roles for your approval. If you're disqualified, we'll give you detailed feedback, and you can apply again to our VIP program after 2 years. This gives you time to work on the areas we suggest improving.

How long does it take for my membership to be approved?

Up to one week, after that, we will ensure to find you a project in one additional week.
