Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes within a global organization.
  • Design, implement, and support complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
  • Stay updated and assist customers with bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades.
  • Hold additional certification(s) in any other SAP SuccessFactors module(s).
  • Conduct discovery meetings with clients to understand current processes and gather future-state requirements.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of configuring the Employee Central (EC) module, including data models, MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, workflows, and user roles to meet the client's specific needs. EC certification is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in Integration Center and integrations with other modules such as RCM/ONB, LMS, and BIB replication.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Management solution, in compliance with best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with all data models, and proficiency in XML and Provisioning system configuration, aligned with the solution design and configuration workbook/business blueprint.
  • Experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts, with strong skills in standard project tasks such as test case development, analysis, and documentation.
  • Proven experience in delivering SuccessFactors engagements related to Recruiting and Onboarding. Certification in both modules is required.
  • Expertise in configuring and customizing the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions according to client requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Integration Center and the ability to collaborate effectively with the integration team for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the hiring process, onboarding, offboarding, and cross-boarding, including configuring onboarding forms.
  • Familiarity with implementation governance, including adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure consistent, repeatable, and compliant implementations.

Must Have Skills, Experience:
  • In-depth knowledge of configuring the Employee Central module, including data models, MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, workflows, and user roles tailored to client requirements. EC certification is mandatory.
  • Expertise in Integration Center and experience with integrations involving modules such as RCM/ONB, LMS, and BIB replication.
