Title Processor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team in Winter Haven. This role requires expertise in processing Florida real estate transactions and providing exceptional customer service in a professional and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage Florida real estate transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and interpret real estate contracts and title insurance requirements.
  • Perform order entry and manage requests for surveys, lien searches, and estoppels, including addressing related matters.
  • Fulfill lender title order requests and ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of 30-40 files while meeting deadlines and delivering top-tier service.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in processing Florida real estate transactions and familiarity with title-related matters.
  • Skills:
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume pipelines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in ordering and addressing surveys, lien searches, and estoppels.
