Title: Foods Lab Technician
Location: Englewood, NJ
Duration: 6 months

Job Description.

Minimum one year of lab technician experience, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods · Understanding of and ability to follow laboratory safety procedures and GMP · Ability to work in laboratory and pilot plant environment, which includes being on feet for extended periods of time and may require lifting of bulk items · Ability to perform regular maintenance on laboratory equipment including inspecting, cleaning, and calibrating · Strong data documentation skills · Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel · Strong attention to detail · Ability to work independently Preferred Skills: · Proficient in use of analytical testing such as pH, salt, texture, etc
