Title: Order Filler/Assembly Clerk
Location: Greenfield IN
Duration: 0- 3Months
Shift: M - F 8am to 5pm, occasional Saturday needed
Pay rate: $17.00/ Hour on W2.

Job Duties:
• Pick, pack, and ship outbound shipments efficiently, accurately, and safely.
• Restock inventory and manage work area to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepack products by breaking down bulk packaging into smaller units as required.
• Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Rotate stock based on receipt and expiration dates to maintain proper product flow.
• Identify and report short-dated materials (less than 90 days of shelf life) to the Warehouse Manager.
• Recommend improvements to existing warehouse procedures and workflows.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Skills:
• Basic computer operation
• Operation of warehouse tools and equipment, including:
o Hand cart
o Pallet jack
o Flatbed cart
o Packing tape gun
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs. safely
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
Working Conditions:
• Work performed in a temperature-controlled warehouse
• Physical demands include regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Adherence to proper lifting and moving procedures required
