\r\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

\r\n• Project Management skills: as primary liaison between and Customer Accounts, the manager will act as the primary point of contact for all communication and approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling
\r\no Support creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule to facilitate coordinated scheduling
\r\no Create, communicate, and manage detailed plans with Customer Accounts
\r\no Manage Resource allocations for account scheduling
\r\no Co-manage assigned Resources (provide work location, schedule, instructions, etc.)
\r\no Provide ongoing management of timelines and resource logistics (Change Management)
\r\no Where appropriate, coordinate return of affected devices to a Company location
\r\no Provide a forecast of Customer Account scheduling targets
\r\no Document account statuses, provide Quality record
\r\n• Program support:
\r\no Implement various business process improvement and automation initiatives
\r\no Facilitate 3rd Party resource training
\r\no Follow-up on KPIs associated with Resource performance to correct underperforming indicators
\r\no Review / audit documentation, and support reconciliation of project records
\r\no Assure compliance of project to applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices, and company documented procedures
\r\n• Communication skills: strong customer centric communication skills required to support project completion with minimal Customer impact
\r\n• Computer skills: proficient use of MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word expected
\r\n• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
\r\n• Work environment may be an office or home setting
\r\n

\r\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

\r\nEducation and Experience Required
\r\nMinimum 4 years Project Management experience required
\r\nUniversity / College degree (BA) preferred
\r\nPMI Certification is a plus
\r\n
\r\nTechnical Knowledge and Skills
\r\nPosition requires a significant amount of phone and email correspondence, strong verbal and written communication skills required
\r\nExperience in medical device industry is preferred
\r\nExcellent customer service skills required
\r\n
