Job Title: Test Engineer
Job Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension or hire
Est. Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 (USD) Hourly

Overview/ Responsibilities:
Description:

• Performs test engineering activities including evaluation of new product test requirements, design and build new test stands and developed / implement test strategies.
• Develops and/or modifies qualification test plans and specifications for new and existing products
• Supports existing production and quality test equipment.
• Provides supervision and direction for test/calibration technicians.
• Develops new test methods and evaluates instruments for current and new products to improve test accuracy, cycle time, and automation of test process.
• Manages internal and external resources for test stand construction, prove out, and acceptance including outside test services

Qualifications are:
Education -
Required – BS Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering

Experience –
Required – 3 to 5 years test engineering in an aerospace environment

Special Knowledge/Skills –
Required – Qualification program testing plans and procedures
- MS Office suite of software
