Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders.
This includes interaction with the warehouse management system via a hand held RF device.
Material is picked by using an RF device to scan product license plate.
Validated packing requirements must be followed precisely.
When the pick/pack function is complete, the order is weight checked to verify accuracy.
Orders are consolidated by license plate to ship units.
Packing list and ship label are printed and included with shipment.
Responsible for complying with FDA and OSHA requirements.
Responsible for ensuring that all training identified in Candidate's/Candidate's individualtraining plan (ITP) is current and complete
Constantly look for improvements in productivity, compliance, and data accuracy.

Requirements:

Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
5-7 yrs warehouse experience is required.
Experience working with an electronic warehouse management system such as SAP and RF scanners is required.
2 yrs experience operating pallet jacks and Stand Up Powered Industrial Trucks is required.
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to details is required.
Must be flexible and willing to be cross-trained to perform multiple assignments.
Must be willing to work overtime with little notice.
Must be reliable and have a good work attendance history.
Demonstrated computer skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated a high productivity xx in previous assignments.
Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
Must be willing to work a portion of the workday in a chilled environment (36-46F)
Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 40 pounds with assistance.
