Upload, tag, and organize assets for APM in alignment with the established client guidelines.

Collaborate with APM Brand team, Regional Marketing teams, and agency partners to ensure assets are current, approved, and properly tagged/categorized.
\r\n\t
Migrate core assets from legacy DAM into AEM Assets, ensuring metadata integrity.
\r\n\t
Conduct regular audits to ensure assets are uploaded in the correct locations and metadata is accurate.
\r\n\t
Serve as the primary point of support for DAM-related questions from the APM team and agency partners.
\r\n\t
Other incidental duties as required.
\r\n
\r\n Ideal Candidate Will Have:\r\n\r\n
\r\n\t
4+ years of experience managing digital assets, with at least 2 years using AEM Assets.
\r\n\t
Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and various digital file formats.
\r\n\t
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
\r\n\t
Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity in a complex, evolving environment.
\r\n\t
Professional communication and follow-up skills across functions.
\r\n\t
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while navigating internal processes.
\r\n
\r\n Preferred Qualifications:\r\n\r\n

Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medtech, pharma, life sciences, financial services).
