About the Company
One of our most well-established law firm clients is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team in downtown Toronto.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the accounting clerk will manage daily accounting tasks such as posting entries, processing vendor invoices and credit card transactions, handling bank deposits and trust transfers, maintaining Excel schedules, assisting with reconciliations, generating reports from PCLaw, organizing records in iManage, and liaising with legal assistants and vendors.

The Offer
The role offers a salary of up to $57K along with a benefits package, a holiday bonus of $1,000, a Health Care Spending Account valued at $1,500, RRSP matching, training opportunities, lunch & learn sessions, and more.

What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need a diploma or degree in accounting and at least one year of law firm accounting experience. Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of PCLaw and iManage are considered strong assets. You must be meticulous, able to multitask, a quick learner, and have strong communication skills.
