About the Role:
\n\nWe are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical research team for a part-time study role based at our Chelsea location. This is a unique opportunity to support an important health study by assisting with specimen collection and providing clinical care in alignment with study protocols. The role is scheduled for Saturdays only, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This position is ideal for RNs seeking to contribute to research and clinical care in a flexible, weekend-only capacity.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nAs an RN Study, your responsibilities will include:
\n\nCollect swabs and blood samples from study participants
\n\tFollow all research protocols and procedures with attention to detail
\n\tEnsure proper specimen collection, handling, and labeling
\n\tAccurately document all collections and maintain confidentiality
\n\tParticipate in training on swab collection techniques and study procedures
\n\tAssist medical providers and prepare patients for procedures as needed
\n\tPerform clinical tests (e.g. glucose, urinalysis, HIV testing, phlebotomy) per protocol
\n\tEducate patients on health maintenance, HIV adherence, and preventive care
\n\tTriaging patients and referring to urgent care or ER when necessary
\n\tFollow up on critical lab results and document accordingly
\n\tMaintain supplies, restock inventory, and follow infection control protocols

Work Schedule:
\nThe role is scheduled for Saturdays only, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
