As the Project Manager in Operations Development you will be responsible for supporting Operations processing units in driving the change activities. The key goals ahead will consist of alignment and simplification of back-office processes, supporting system integration and making sure that Luminor back-office delivers good quality and speed in an efficient and scalable way.


What You Will Do: 

  • Lead the change initiatives in Operations, ensuring high employee, stakeholder and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of effective business process improvement methodology
  • Take ownership of change efforts, ensuring execution that maximizes value generated to the customers
  • Pro-actively identify process improvement possibilities and drive development initiatives leading to best in class operational excellence
  • Ensure that work is organized in a way enabling efficient combination of automation with work carried out by employees
  • Lead by example by building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders to communicate and evaluate performance results leading to clear actionable decisions
  • Organize, engage and motivate stakeholders through building the strong project/agile teams, coaching for performance and ensuring accountability 


What We Expect:  

  • Extensive knowledge of project management
  • Understanding of modern process automation technologies
  • Strong process management and development skills
  • Ability to interpret process related data 
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships towards stakeholders
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
