Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Develop user stories, process flows, data models, and wireframes
- Support testing activities by creating test plans, test cases, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
Experience:
- 5+ Years of Experience as a Business Analyst in an Enterprise or Government Environment
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or other software development methodologies
- Experience with large scale complex data migration projects
- Proficiency in tools like Draw.io or Visio for documenting and improving business processes
- Preference for Azure DevOPS experience for supporting requirements, project life cycle, and testing
