Job description

Home State Bank is hiring a full-time Personal Banker for our North McHenry, IL branch. This position is located across from Olive Garden and Dick's Sporting Goods in North McHenry.. This is not a remote or work from home position.

The Personal Banker will sell a full range of banking products and services to existing and prospective customers while providing specialized customer service. Assist management in creating and maintaining the sales environment of the banking center through interactions with customers, the community, and Home State Bank associates.

The Personal Banker is someone that can't help but smile all day long and loves to service customers while helping them to find the best financial products available. You are someone who effectively exceeds customer needs by building productive relationships and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. You actively participate as a member of a team to move the team forward toward the completion of goals and produce quality outcomes. You take great pride in proactively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently while accomplishing objectives and achieving goals beyond what is required. We are looking for someone with previous Teller or Personal Banker experience.
