Cold Calling Sales Representative

Full Time

Texarkana, AR, US

Salary Range: $15 Hourly with Commissions


Are you tired of working on your feet for 8-hours a day?

- All your work is completed via computer at a desk, here.


Do you crave the stability of seeing coworkers in an office from 8am-5pm every Monday-Friday?

- If you don’t mind the 6 holidays that make up the 8 days we pay our employees not be at work, then we have that stability of 8-5 every weekday.


Enjoy talking on the phone and emailing?

- We can make sure you never run out of people to call or email.


Do you like the idea of you being in control of how high your paycheck can grow?

- You’ll make an hourly rate of $15 hourly.

- You’ll also makes two different types of extra money(commissions):

o Completed Demos – For every demo booked by you that completes, you earn a commission.

o Sale Made: For every one of your completed demos that turns into a sale, you earn a commission.

Overall Goal:

To generate 15 demos and $125,000 in opportunities per month.

General Responsibilities:

· You contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to set demos with our Sales Team.

· You set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives

· You make 100 minimum calls a day

Standards:

Role Specific Standards:

· Your hours are Monday- Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm CT with a 1-hour lunch

· You set 15 demos and $125,000 in opportunities per month

· You make a minimum of 100 calls a day.
