Job description

Job Summary:

As a Service Project Manager, you manage service projects from start to finish. You are responsible for gathering the information needed from the client to identify, negotiate, and hire subcontractors throughout the country to complete the requested scope of work. You will need experience in high volume turnkey service project management with a keen eye for detail, follow-up, great customer service, strong communication and determination.

We are looking for one (1) Service Project Manager to join our team. 


Duties and Expectations:

· Work within a team environment to bring a project or scope of work to fruition.

· Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.

· Prepare project budget proposals.

· Navigate the entire production process.

· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.

· Manage to account-specific service level agreements

· Provide frequent status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.

· Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.

· Work to understand the changing needs of the customer to ensure we protect the company’s interests.

· Provide excellent customer service and communication.

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

· Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.

· Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ based on individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.

· Be available for an on-call rotation.


Qualifications:

· 2 years of experience in service, project management, manufacturing, construction, or similar field preferred.

· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

· Strong negotiation skills

· Ability to help others and solve problems on own

· Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn/understand technical information.

· Strong ability to build successful relationships with clients leading to long-term business.

· Able to plan and organize workflow, following established processes to get the work done.

· Experience with Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive is a plus.
