About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Progress Payment Officer to manage and process progress payments for Australian construction projects. You’ll work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payment processing.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage progress payments from start to finish for construction projects.
Review project documentation and verify accuracy of payment requests.
Coordinate payment schedules with project managers and contractors.
Process payments in line with contract terms and project requirements.
Maintain accurate payment records and supporting documentation.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Australian loan settlements or construction progress payments.
Experience in Australian real estate or loan processing (preferred).
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
