Job description

About the role 

We are looking for a Content Analyst to help us plan, curate and continuously improve our kids content offering. With our content available on D2C and multiple streaming platforms (e.g. Amazon Channels, Apple, Roku), we need someone organised and driven to manage each individual service, with the goal of increasing user engagement. The role requires an analytical approach to our positioning on each platform, competitor benchmarking, and a creative eye for content presentation. We take a data-driven approach to planning, while also testing new ideas to offer a unique and inspiring product to young minds.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing content across D2C apps and partner platforms, with a strategic focus on user engagement

  • Planning monthly content launches and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth updates

  • Supporting partner needs in collaboration with the BD team, including timelines and content availability

  • Sourcing performance data and conducting regular audits to drive strategic content changes

  • Maintaining a 6–12 month launch roadmap and clearly communicating content needs

  • Planning curated content moments such as playlists, themes, and seasonal highlights

  • Assisting the Content & Ops team with high-impact projects and key launches

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail

  • Proactive and independent, with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Strong communicator, capable of aligning different stakeholders

  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with shifting timelines

Experience / Knowledge:

  • 2–3 years in content management, especially in curation and global planning

  • Understanding of children’s content and audiences

  • Project management experience (JIRA, Trello, Monday.com)

  • Experience with CMSs, data analysis tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics), and working with external clients

Languages (essential):
