Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Provide Tier 2 Remote Support for the Microsoft Power Platform and coordinate with Tier 3 Support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot environment errors and issues from end-user organizations and provide documentation for users.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices to ensure effective support.

What you will do:
  • The specific duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
  • Provide Tier 2 Remote Support for the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Coordinate with Tier 3 Support, as required
  • Troubleshoot Environment errors and issues from end-user organizations
  • Provide documentation, operational procedures, and support to end users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform components.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.

What you will bring:
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. This requirement may be met with appropriate job and education experience
  • 5+ years of experience in application development or developer administration, with at least 2 years focused on the Power Platform
  • Experience with administering the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams integration
  • Strong understanding of security roles, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and governance in Power Platform
  • Familiarity with Army IT environments and compliance requirements
  • Successfully passed the Microsoft PL-400 exam for Microsoft Power Platform Developer
  • Successfully passed the Microsoft PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect exam, or able to pass the exam within 6-months 

How you will wow us:
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200)
  • Experience supporting Army or DoD digital transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and custom API integration
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Working knowledge of federal enterprise systems and data workflows
