Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated interest in sustainability, energy transition, or infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.

As an Investment Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in digital, climate, and decarbonisation.
