As our company enters a phase of growth and development, we’re seeking an Associate Account Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team, someone with excellent customer service instincts and the desire to build a career in a unique industry.   The Associate Account Manager / Project Coordinator will be dependable, eager to learn, and have a mature yet fun and extroverted personality.   The PC provides project support to multiple non-profit clients, assisting with administrative duties, basic accounting tasks, and helping with the day-to-day operations of our partners.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Receive and respond to telephone calls and email
  • Create and maintain confidential and administrative paper and electronic filing systems
  • Sort and respond to mail and other communication/correspondence
  • Maintain the accounting filing system
  • Order and maintain supplies and equipment
  • Assist in scheduling Board, Membership & various committee meetings
  • Finalize and distribute agendas and related materials for Board and Membership meetings
  • Take and distribute notes or minutes
  • Assist in arranging logistics for various meetings
  • Process membership applications, renewals, dues statements, and payment reminders
  • Provide assistance in managing meeting details; provide greater assistance in planning, and provide onsite support for meetings as necessary
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events
  • Support multiple Committees as needed
  • Process all payments made to the Association (event registration, publications sales, membership dues, etc.)
  • Other responsibilities as needed 

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider equivalent experience in a professional environment
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Flexible schedule, available to work occasional nights and weekends
  • Ability to travel locally and throughout CA sporadically
  • Experience in non-profits preferred but not required
  • Background in project management and event planning is a plus
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer and tech-savvy, advanced skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000/Annually
