With Bridgefield’s support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital market segments.

In this role and as part of an agile company that has the dedicated resources needed to achieve its strategic goals, you’ll have every opportunity to become a part of the “NewCo” we are forming and grow both personally and professionally and potentially make an even bigger impact on the acute care space – as well as on the consumers, patients and healthcare workers who depend on these innovative life-saving solutions.

You will be supporting the NewCo Americas AED & Monitor/Defibrillator teams

In this role:

  • Execute activities supporting direct and indirect sales processes and projects, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain accurate customer account and order information, assisting in business transitions and migrations to NewCo.
  • Work with field marketing to deliver and track sales initiatives, and support deal approval flow while managing discounts to achieve financial goals.
  • Respond to information requests, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and online systems like SAP or Salesforce; strong written and oral communication skills and technical aptitude.
  • Self-starter with drive for initiative, ownership, and adaptability; curiosity for continuous learning and optimization; ability to prioritize and handle value-added work.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex messages to technical and non-technical audiences and provide excellent customer service and motivation.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a remote role.
