Completed vocational training as a Kfz- or agricultural machinery mechatronics technician or in electrical engineering as an electronics technician for energy, building, machine, and drive technology., Strong customer support skills in field service., Technical willingness to learn and good comprehension skills., Organized, independent, and customer-oriented work style with teamwork ability. .

Key responsibilities:

Service and maintenance activities on workshop equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical) according to legal regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Assembly and commissioning of workshop equipment.

Preparation and summarization of order documents.

Technical support via phone and ensuring communication between the customer and internal service.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Service- und Wartungstätigkeiten an Werkstattausrüstung (mechanisch, hydraulisch, pneumatisch und elektrisch), nach gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Hersteller Vorgaben
Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Werkstattausrüstung
Aufbereiten und Zusammenfassen der Auftragsunterlagen
Technischer Support am Telefon sowie Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Kunde und Innendienst

Ihr Profil:

abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kfz- oder Landmaschinenmechatroniker oder im Elektrohandwerk als Elektroniker für Energie-, Gebäude- Maschinen- und Antriebstechnik
Freude am Kundensupport im Außendienst
technische Lernbereitschaft und Auffassungsgabe
organisierte, selbständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit
gute MS Office und PC-Kenntnisse
regionale Reisebereitschaft
