About the Role

We are currently recruiting Global People Operations Junior Specialist located in Krakow, Poland (or remote). We are looking for people with passion for HR who are eager to learn and build their HR and Administration experience.

Your Impact as GPO Junior Specialist includes but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with stakeholders, employees, managers, vendors, in-country HR and recruiting teams in North America, India, Poland and other European countries to manage HR Administration activities for those locations,

  • Area of support including e.g. setting up employees in Workday, working on mass data loads, managing requisitions and employee records, job changes, referrals, troubleshooting and solving HR system issues, filing employment documents in electronic personnel file, etc.,

  • Managing transactions with data accuracy, ensuring appropriate and timely completion of all required system steps,

  • Handling assignment of case types,

  • Taking part in HR international projects,

  • Working on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Required Experience:

  • Good written and verbal English – B2+ is a minimum, C1 Level is preferred,

  • Word, Excel, Outlook practical knowledge,

  • Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity in a fast-paced environment,

  • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and autonomously work on assigned cases to meet tight deadlines,

  • High level of attention to details,

  • Independent decision-making approach,

  • Flexible and proactive attitude,

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach,

  • Good team working and communication skills,

  • High School Diploma required.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of HR employment cycle, hiring process and/or background checking - will be an advantage,

  • Cross cultural competence will be an asset,

  • 3-6 months experience in HR, payroll, data administration, recruitment, consulting,

  • Experience with Workday or Case Management tools.
