Consumer Banking Growth Strategist

Job Overview: The candidate for this role will be responsible for advancing growth across the Consumer Banking division, including Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, Private Banking, Digital Banking, and Consumer Credit Cards. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Consumer Banking and Marketing, Operations, IT, and Finance, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all initiatives.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Driving strategic planning cycles and facilitate alignment on division-wide growth objectives
• Participating in the budget planning process by defining the business case and budget requirements.
• Work alongside Digital Operations Manager to understand digital trends, including ways to fully utilize the digital channel to maximize sales performance across all Consumer Banking departments.
• Serving as the central project manager for all Consumer Banking initiatives.
• Acting as the primary liaison between Consumer Banking and enterprise teams, including Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance.
• Support Consumer Banking leadership in submitting funding requests, new product development, staffing proposals, and strategic updates.

Requirements for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (may be waived in lieu of experience).
• 5+ years of experience in banking with a focus on corporate strategy, project management, or a growth-focused role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work late/extended hours.
• Ability to travel.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification.
• Marketing or data analytics experience.
