Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the Business Development Southeast territory team, delivering their expertise with high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Ideal candidates for this role will have a self-starter mindset, enabling them to effectively contribute to growth across several brands offering pet insurance as part of the Independence Pet Group’s (IPG) employee benefits portfolio.

Job Location: Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales opportunities and existing accounts using Zoho CRM.
Assist in the creation of proposals, reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
Generate new leads leveraging various web tools, including ZoomInfo and Benefit Flow.
Occasionally host webinars with agents and clients.
Appoint agents following state-specific laws.

Ability to switch gears quickly in a high-volume, task-oriented environment without compromising accuracy.

Required Education & Experience:
