About the Role

As the 1st Shift Operations Supervisor, you will lead and develop a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality and safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will drive team engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. The shift begins at 5:00 AM.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop: Train, coach, and evaluate team members, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety protocols.
Manage Production: Monitor KPIs, investigate deviations, execute corrective actions, and optimize production processes.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee HACCP, SSOP, and Quality Control programs while enforcing safety and attendance policies.
Drive Improvement: Utilize continuous improvement tools, implement process enhancements, and support cross-functional initiatives.
