The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Deal Desk Manager to support our growing sales organization. This role is critical in enabling scalable deal execution by partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination for structuring complex deals, managing pricing strategy, streamlining approval workflows, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SaaS sales and contract processes, thrives in cross-functional environments, and brings both analytical rigor and process expertise to the table.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with proven success, the ability to balance speed and quality, an openness to learning, and a willingness to be hands-on.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States. Note: we’re a global team with over half our colleagues in Europe, which will necessitate some early mornings if located in the western United States time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commission operations, including monthly review and validation of payouts, resolution of disputes, and ensuring timely and accurate calculations.

  • Support commission plan design and governance by collaborating with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to align incentives with business goals, maintain policy documentation, and ensure clarity around quotas, crediting, and clawbacks.

  • Clearly communicate plan mechanics, responding to commission-related inquiries, and analyzing payout trends to recommend improvements to plan effectiveness.

  • Execute complex and non-standard deals to meet customer needs while ensuring alignment with internal policies

  • Manage pricing approvals, discount guardrails, and maintain pricing tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.)

  • Build scalable processes and documentation to improve deal flow efficiency and reduce bottlenecks

  • Track, analyze, and report on deal metrics to inform pricing strategy and improve sales performance

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing sales commission plans, including monthly payout validation, dispute resolution, and plan effectiveness analysis

  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, discount frameworks, and deal structuring best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to execute and optimize complex deals

  • Skilled in building scalable processes, documentation, and enablement materials to support sales operations and approvals
