Job Title: Revenue Marketing Manager - Web Optimization

Location: Remote, US

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Are you a seasoned web optimization expert with a passion for driving growth through data-driven decisions? Salesloft is looking for a Web Optimization Manager to lead our web strategy, design, and development initiatives, ensuring our digital presence is a world-class experience for our customers and prospects. You’ll own the optimization roadmap for salesloft,com, drive our SEO strategy, build and manage a CRO program, and collaborate across teams to optimize our website for performance, engagement, and conversion that lead to quality pipeline. Specifically, you will:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and development of Salesloft’s global website, ensuring a seamless and high-performing user experience.
  • Provide strategic leadership for UI/UX best practices, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user journey across all web properties.
  • Own the overall performance and SEO of salesloft.com, including developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy and roadmap that encompasses both technical and on-page optimizations.
  • Manage and scale our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program, identifying opportunities, running experiments, and delivering measurable results.
  • Oversee our website’s technical roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that enhance performance, conversions, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with customer and product marketing teams to align web initiatives with business goals, and manage processes to evaluate and prioritize internal requests.
  • Project manage site updates and new builds utilizing Salesoft's PM tool, Monday, and ensure critical projects and updates are delivered on time. 
  • Manage our Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tag strategy, ensuring accurate data collection and robust analytics.
  • Monitor and report on website performance using GA4, setting clear goals, and delivering insightful performance reports.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in web development, optimization, and analytics, including leveraging AI to enhance site performance, personalization and user experience.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a seasoned Web Optimization Manager to lead the strategic vision and execution for salesloft.com. This role will own our website's performance, user experience, and SEO, driving engagement and conversions that directly contribute to our quality pipeline and revenue growth. You will spearhead our CRO program, lead UI/UX initiatives, collaborate on content strategy, and leverage emerging AI technologies to optimize our digital presence.

THE SKILL SET:
  • 5+ years of experience leading B2B website design and development projects, including a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing SEO strategies and currently developing experience optimizing for AI.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a CRO program for a SaaS or B2B company.
  • Deep experience with GA4, setting proper goals, and delivering site and funnel performance reports as needed.
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies including utilizing a headless CMS for improved performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, CSS preprocessors like Sass, and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage technical roadmaps and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with, or at, a digital design, development, and optimization agency is strongly preferred.

Salesloft's Revenue Marketing team is ultimately responsible for driving quality pipeline, and is composed of passionate B2B marketing professionals dedicated to transforming the buyer-seller dynamic. As part of our team, you will contribute to Salesloft’s overall success by effectively optimizing our digital web experiences.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:
  • Participate in Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation to understand our company culture.
  • Meet with your manager to discuss role expectations and initial tasks.
  • Review Salesloft’s basic positioning, messaging, and target audience information.
  • Gain an understanding of Salesloft’s campaign execution processes.
  • Gain an understanding of Salesloft strategic roadmaps and priorities.
  • Complete initial assessment of Salesloft’s current web and SEO roadmaps, identifying low hanging fruit for immediate performance improvements.
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
  • Begin executing tasks related to web optimization and CRO initiatives under guidance.
  • Collaborate with the team to support the implementation of digital marketing plans that incorporate web best practices.
  • Apply initial learnings to optimize ongoing website performance based on data insights.
  • Start taking responsibility for specific web optimization elements and experiments.
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
  • Execute on defined web optimization and CRO plans for growth and lifecycle initiatives, contributing to key pipeline metrics.
  • Support ongoing website development, including technical updates and content optimization.
  • Take ownership of specific web optimization projects and report on their performance.
  • Become a reliable resource for the execution and alignment of web optimization activities
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
  • Contribute significantly to Salesloft’s revenue growth through the effective execution of web optimization and CRO strategies.
  • Be an integral teammate across the entire marketing org with regular support of key content, web, and campaign initiatives.
  • Own Salesloft’s web strategy and optimization initiatives.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
