The Opportunity
You’ll be the first impression and trusted guide for new patients, converting enquiries into consultations and consultations into treatments. Using your sales instincts and customer-first mindset, you’ll help patients take the next step on their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls: Own the full call cycle – respond to incoming leads and proactively follow up on warm prospects. No cold calling – just real conversations that lead to action.
Lead Conversion (CRM / DenGro): Manage new enquiries and follow-ups through DenGro or similar systems. Track KPIs and optimise for conversion.
Sales-Oriented Patient Journey: Present treatment options clearly and compellingly. Guide patients through objections with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
Appointment Setting: Book consultations with our clinicians and keep a robust follow-up schedule to boost show-up rates and conversion.
Liaison with Clinical Teams: Work closely with our practices to ensure treatment plans are aligned, timely, and ready to present.
Pipeline Management & Reporting: Stay on top of your numbers. Update patient records, maintain clean CRM data, and report on conversions.
About You
Sales-Driven: You’re motivated by results and have a proven background in telesales, inside sales, or treatment coordination, ideally in a health care environment.
Leadership Mindset: Experience as a sales manager, call centre team lead, or in a similar senior position is a big plus.
Dental or Health Background (Preferred): You understand patient care, treatment plans, and the importance of ethical communication. Understanding of the dentally system would be a bonus.
CRM Confident: You’re fluent in lead management software like DenGro, Salesforce, or HubSpot – and can keep your pipeline squeaky clean.
Excellent Communicator: You know how to build trust quickly, handle objections, and close with care – especially over the phone or video.
Highly Organised & Self-Motivated: You thrive working independently, manage follow-ups like clockwork, and love ticking things off your to-do list.
Empathy + Energy: You care deeply about people and are driven to help them take positive steps in their health journey.
